We deliver via UPS We have selected UPS as our courier for packages over 2kg in weight. UPS have a vast amount of worldwide experience and with the added services they provide, we feel confident that they will deliver the best service possible! With UPS as our courier we are able to offer customers next day delivery from the moment your parcel is despatched and the ability for customers to track all their parcels. Once an order has been made, you will be notified via email with your unique parcel tracking details, allowing you to monitor the whereabouts of your parcel throughout its delivery course. All our parcels require a signature on delivery. Should we miss you, we will always try to redeliver your parcel the next 2 working days. Delivery can take place on Saturdays. Please note that anything under 2kg which includes our T-shirts & Hoodies will be sent first class via Royal Mail and may take upto 3 working days.
Returns Policy Our returns policy is very simple; you don’t like it? Then return it to us within 7 days for a full refund!* All we ask in return is the real reason why, so that we can change and adapt our service/products for the next customer. You can choose whether to have a full refund for your product or a replacement. If your return is due to our workmanship, we will refund you for every penny you have paid us (including postage and packaging) as well as the postage to return the item, which should be returned in the original packaging. If your return is because you do not like the item, we will refund you for the item price but not the postage and packaging. Please drop us an e-mail using our contact us page, to let us know you are returning your item and why so we can keep an eye out for it and arrange your refund. * Bespoke products can not be refunded unless down to faulty workmanship. |
